During the consultation with the plastic surgeon, time is reserved for you. It is important to notify us in a timely manner if you are unable to attend. The consultation is strictly personal and conducted one-on-one. By booking a consultation, you agree to the cancellation policy of Medical Travel International B.V., which is outlined below.
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 working days before the start of the consultation.
Cancellation can be done by phone, email to enes@medicaltravel.be, or cancellation form.
In case of failure to cancel the consultation in a timely manner, a no-show fee of €30,- will be charged.
The no-show fee will not be charged in case of illness (with proof of doctor's certificate) or evidence of force majeure.
